A solid dish soap bar, handmade in Hawaiʻi by Sweet ʻŌkole Soap using the old-fashioned cold-process method, so it is true soap rather than a detergent. The maker formulates it to work in hard or soft water.
Per the maker, it is:
- Unscented, with no synthetic fragrance
- Vegan, cruelty-free and never tested on animals
- Free of SLS, SLES and other sulfates, preservatives, phthalates, silicones, lakes and dyes
- Plastic-free, in a paper wrap label
How to use it: wet your brush, scrubber or cloth, rub it on the bar to work up a lather, wash, then rinse.
Ingredients (per the maker): saponified coconut, soybean, olive and castor oils; citric acid.
Size: one bar, about 5.5 oz.
Make it last: keep the bar dry between uses on a draining soap dish and out of running water, and turn it now and then so a dip doesn’t form on top.
