1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of The Seven Lucky Gods online store and any purchase you make from us. "The Seven Lucky Gods," "we," "us" and "our" mean the business that runs this store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate information and to keep your account details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Our products are for comfort, not medical care
The Seven Lucky Gods products are designed for general comfort and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have an implanted medical device, or have questions about whether a product is right for you, talk to your doctor before using it. Always follow the instructions and safety warnings that come with each product, especially for heated, battery-powered or Bluetooth items. Our products are intended for adults; keep them away from young children.

4. Product information and pricing
We work to describe products and prices accurately, but mistakes can happen and colors can look different on different screens. If we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it. If you've already ordered an item with a price error, we'll contact you before shipping and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

5. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, we can't verify payment, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, lost-package help and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

7. Reviews and content you share
If you post a review, photo or comment, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not be unlawful, hateful or misleading. We publish reviews whether they're positive or negative, and we don't edit them to change what they say. We may remove content that breaks these rules. By posting, you give us permission to display that content on our store and social channels, with credit to you where practical.

8. Discounts and promotions
Discount codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless we say so, and may have an end date or other conditions shown with the offer. We may end a promotion at any time, but we'll honor orders already placed under it.

9. Our content and name
"The Seven Lucky Gods" name, logo, text, photos and designs on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Things you may not do
You agree not to use the store to break the law; place fraudulent orders; resell products commercially without our permission; interfere with the site's security or operation; or scrape, copy or misuse its content or other customers' information.

11. Other websites and services
Our store may link to other websites or use third-party services such as payment, shipping and app providers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

12. Warranties
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, our Refund Policy explains how we'll replace or refund it. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the store and our products are provided "as is," without other warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

13. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, The Seven Lucky Gods isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

14. Your responsibility
If you break these Terms or misuse our products or store, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we face as a result, to the extent the law allows.

15. Resolving problems
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly by email, and we'll try in good faith to resolve any dispute within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law of the state where you live gives you the right to bring it there.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
